The Chancellor
Mr. Albert Acquah is the Founder and current Chancellor of GCUC. He is well accomplished and educated.
He is continually instrumental in the success and administration of the University College.
Office of the Acting President
Dr. Wilhelmina Joseline Donkoh is the Acting President of GCUC. As the Acting President, she is in charge of academic affairs and administration of the unversity.
The Acting President is responsible for promoting the efficiency and good order of the university. She doubles as the chief disciplinarian of the University.
Some of the activities of the Acting President include:
- liasing with other institutions, agencies for mutual collaboration and benefits for the university
- sourcing for funds and any other benefits that go to help the university achieve it's aim/goal
- chairing management functions where policies are developed etc.
Dr. Wilhelmina Joseline Donkoh is also the Head of Department of History and Political Studies at KNUST and also a member of the Executive Committee of KNUST.
She is a historian, cultural and tourism consultant and a senior lecturer at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST).
She holds PhD in African Studies from the University of Birmingham and also M.Soc.Sc in African Studies from the same University. She has done many research work both in Ghana and Abroad.

The Registrar's Office
The Registrar's Office is headed by the Registrar, who is the University College's Chief Administrative Officer and Secretary to the Council of the University.
The Office of the Registrar plays a significant function in the management of the University College. It could be described as the pivot of all functions in the College.
The Office plays various roles spanning from General Administration, Human Resource Development, Academic and Students Affairs, Legal & Welfare, and University College Relations Office. There are other related offices of the Registrar's Office.
University Council
The University Council is a 12-member Council who are the highest authority in the University College.
It is made up of members from various units who provide various advisory services to management in the operations of the University College.
Head of Schools
GCUC is divided into three schools and each school is independently headed by a Head of School.
The Heads of Schools supervise the academic and administrative needs of the schools. Profiles of the Heads Of Schools are displayed in their various schools
