MSc. MIDWIFERY (WITH RESEARCH)

Duration: 2 years [1 year taught course, 1 year Research]

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must possess a minimum of 2^nd Class Honours (Lower Division) Bachelor of Science Degree in Midwifery, or Nursing with a Diploma in Midwifery or other health sciences discipline, from an accredited and recognized university.

In addition

1. A current valid license of registration for practice from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Ghana or any other country
2. Two (2) years teaching/clinical experience after National Service
3. A concept note
4. Two (2) reference letters

NB:

Applicant would require to do a presentation on the concept paper as well as Pass a selection interview

Application forms are obtainable at www.gcuc.edu.gh at a fee of Gh¢250 (for Ghanaian) and US$70 (for foreign) applicants and follow the directives given.
