Garden City University College invites applications from internal applicants for the position of Assistant Registrar, Operations. Applicants who meet the stated criteria may apply by close of work on Friday, February 28, 2020


  • Graduated from an Accredited University
  • Must possess a Master’s Degree.
  • The candidate must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Served for a minimum of two (2) years in a University or similar organization would be an advantage.


  1. Responsible for creating, managing and cultivating  good relationship with vendors who provide essential services to the University College.
  2. Reconstruction projects
  3. Overall maintenance of buildings belonging to GCUC.
  4. Campus grounds
  5. Purchase and distribution of furniture and other facilities.
  6. Supervision and cleaning of facilities
  7. Draft venders’ contracts and tenancy agreements, Security,
  8. Facilitate payment of Electricity and Insurance claims.
  9. Classroom bookings
  10. Promotes safety culture at the University College in areas such as biosafety, occupational safety etc.
  11. Monitor the transportation budget and ensure vehicles are in top working order.
