A. Senior Secondary School Certificate.
Senior Secondary School (SSS) Certificate admission requirement are passes in three CORE SUBJECTS; ENGLISH, MATHEMATICS and INTEGRATED SCIENCE and also passes in THREE ELECTIVES one of which should be elective MATHEMATICS OR PHYSICS with grades not lower than D. The aggregate of all the six subjects should not be more than 24.
B. General Certificate of Education (GCE )
For candidates who possess the General Certificate of Education (G.C.E.), the admission requirement are:
i. FIVE Ordinary Level passes in General Certificate of Education (G.C.E.) Examination or its equivalent including English Language and Mathematics, and
ii. THREE passes at the Advanced Level in General Certificate of Education (G.C.E.) Examination or its equivalent. 3 subjects of which at least one be a grade D or better.
C. Mature Students
a. A matured student must
i. Be at least 25 years
ii. Have a relevant professional or work experience, or
iii. Have authored some work in relevant field.
b. The applicant must also pass the Matured Students Entrance Examination, which comprises of:
i. Papers in Mathematics and English language for those who do not have GCE O'Level passes in these subjects.
ii. General Paper (including a section of English Language, Mathematics and current affairs).
iii. Special paper to test standard of achievement in subjects relevant to the program for which candidate is seeking admission e.g. accounting, finance, and statistics.
D. Post - Diploma Degree etc.
Candidates with GCE ordinary level or SSSCE plus any of the following qualifications will be admitted to level 100 but may qualify for exemption to level 200.
i. Diploma from a recognized University.
ii. Higher National Diploma with 2 years work experience (at least a Second Class Upper Division).
iii. Transfer from a recognized university
E. Foreign Students
Foreign students may be considered for admission if they hold qualifications equivalent to those stated above, provided they are proficient in English Language.
