GENERAL ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
School of Business - Bachelor of Science/Business Admin. Programmes
I. SSSCE/WASSCE/GBCE: Passes (A-E/A1-E8) in six (6) subjects including Core English, Core Math's.
Int. Science and three (3) electives subjects in relevant areas not exceeding aggregate 24.
School of Nursing - Bachelor of Science - Nursing
I. SSSCE/WASSCE credits (A-D or A1-C6) in Core English, Core Mathematics and
Int. Science and Passes (A-E/A1-E8) in three (3) electives subjects: Biology,
Chemistry, Physics, Gen. Agric. and Elect. Mathematics, with aggregate
24 or better.
II. Holders of SRN and Diploma in Nursing will be considered for the Top-Up
Programmes as follows: (i) SRN-Level 200, Diploma Holders-Level 300.
Diploma - Nursing
I. SSSCE/WASSCE aggregate 24 or better with credits (D or C4, C5, C6) in
Core English, Core Mathematics and Int. Science and a pass (A to E)
Or A1 to E8) in three (3) elective subjects in either Science, Home Economics
(Food & Nutrition), General Arts or Agriculture.
SSSCE/WASSCE APPLICANTS
SSSCE/WASSCE aggregate 6 to 24 in Core English, Core Mathematics
And Int. Science and three (3) elective subjects.
(II) "A"-LEVEL, "O"-LEVEL & GCE'S APPLICANT
Must have at least two (2) ‘A' level passes and five (5) ‘O' level including English, Mathematics
(II) HOLDERS OF HND IN RELATED AREAS AND OTHER EQUIVALENT QUALIFICATIONS:
Applicants will be placed at Level-200, or 300 after due assessment of the entry qualification.
(IV) MATURE APPLICANTS
* Must be 25 years at the time of applying, have 2 years working experience and have
passes in English and Mathematics. Applicants will also be required to pass a
Mature Students Entry Examinations conducted by Garden City University
College scheduled for June 26th and August 7th 2010. Visit our website for details
